I have been keeping me busy with learning about how sleep is effecting my health and mood for years. Since two years I have been corporating with Hefel, an Austrian company producing high quality bed and sleep products. I am a person who fall asleep very easy and quick. I can immediately relax and I hardly never sleep bad. Although sometimes I can’t calm me down due to a racing mind. I recon lots of people nowadays do have troubles with falling asleep.
Did you have a busy day and your mind is still full with stressful thoughts? It seems to be getting less and less sleep. An adult should provide its body and mind with 7- 9 hours of sleep. People usually know that good sleep is essential, although many people don’t care about good sleep and don’t see it as a priority. I want to help to change your mind, because being „really and truly rested“ is essential for a healthy life – work balance.

MAKE SLEEP A PRIORITY
MY FACE PILLOW YOU – NO MORE WRINKLES IN THE MORNING
The most essential point for me is the products you use for your daily sleep. Many people use cheapest products from different retailers but forget to really think what is relevant and which materials are good for my sleep.
My essential product: In general I use „My Face Pillow“ for healthy and beautiful sleep. It is mindblowing, I never thought this pillow will be that effective. It relieves stress on facial muscles, due its silk essentials and its ideal for neck and shoulder support. TAKE YOUR TIME BEFORE GOING TO BED

Did you ever prepare yourself for going to bed? Right, you change clothes, brush your teeth and scroll on Instagram and then you want to sleep. Right, you forgot your mind to calm down. Here are 4 things you should do before going to bed:
- Put your phone away before you jump into bed
- Use a clock as timer, so there is no excuse putting your phone away
- lie down and reflect on positive things (10 sec)
- Breath slowly in and out and close the eyes

Now you might think, what a crazy girl, she never did mediation before. Honestly, I have been mediating since I had my heavy injury (since 12 years), it helped me to come back stronger.
