FULL STACK DIGITAL MARKETING + SALES STRATEGY + INFLUENCER EVENT MGMT
We have been launching an opening event with a total of more than 100 people through several days. Our campaign has been quite successful with over 1.5 Mio follower reach on Social Media. Starting from 0 follower to growing over 600 % has been a success. Additionally, we created an entire digital marketing strategy, including execution and content creation.
Sales + Content Strategy + Production
We have been responsible for the sales implementation of the European market within ski and workwear, OEM business and a patented product. We also managed their entire content creation including building a go-to-market strategy for the Asian + European market. Latest content production happened in October 2020.
Social Media Strategy + Workshop for Athletes and Sponsoring
Exciting project, working with athletes and understanding their spirit towards sponsoring and social media. We have been helping to introduce the chances of social media to their athletes through workshops. The challenges have been on topics such as on-time management, know-how, understanding and the mindset towards growing as a community rather than as a single athlete.
DESIGN SPRINT in cooperation with WKO + Platzfinder Contact Tracing with Value
During a design sprint, managed by Nina and a partner, our focus was based on digitalisation. In team of 10-12 individuals, we created a contact tracing idea for the government.
Nina managed the entire process from ideation – team building – prototyping – testing and adjustments. Unfortunately, the project never got implemented.

Skiwithnina.fun is project made by Nina. The hub for skiers focuses on online marketing strategies, online courses, e-book, trips and social media with the intention as a test field for our clients. We are able to use the + 40.000 followers for every need you have within the industries of sport, tourism, health and lifestyle. Furthermore we use it to test new potential digital go-to-market strategies, content creation and more.
